I would like to know this too. I just finished the shred (today!) and was looking into some of her other dvds. I know she has a kickbox one that I can't wait to try that is only 20 minutes. I want to keep up with the shred but add more cardio and maybe some yoga in to mix it up:)

30DS is tough, but do what you know you can do and each day just do a little bit more. It is amazing how much your ability increases from this. I finish the shred on Friday. I haven't lost any pounds, but I have definetly lost inches. I am waiting to finish before I measure agian. My advice is to do it. It is easy to…

I have this same problem. Make sure when you are walking you keep your arms at a 90 degree angle to keep the fluid from gathering in the hands. It will help. Good luck:)

I love LOVE apple salad! cut some apples into chunks (gala are my fav), add some raisens, pecans, a few mini-marshmellows(not neccessary if you want to cut sugar), and some yogurt to keep the apples from turning. You could really make it your own with some grapes or other favorite fruits.

I am doing the 30DS and it is less then 30 mins, but don't tell by thighs because they still think I'm getting a workout ;) If I get out of bed or off my hiney to do it AND break a sweat... it is worth loging no matter how long it was for.
