  • That's great man. Under 10% body fat. That is really low. I think performance athletes shoot for something like that. In my best shape ever I was still 14% body fat. At 40 I am told that 18-24% is healthy. I was at 25.6% last week. I'd like to be at 20%. Good luck to you and I know you will reach your goal.
