The Hangover.

Well I definitely had success with it! Only the first few lengths it kept beeping and not reading, but after that, it was all smooth sailin'. Based on this morning's practice, I've been overestimating a bit (around 100-200cals). I'll have to test other practices too to get a better overall picture.

Thank you all for the responses ! Will definitely try tomorrow morning.

My boyfriend makes his own subs at home. They end up being about $3 or less compared to if he ordered that sub from subway... over $5.

Just remember it's his loss. Things will reach a new 'normal' soon enough. Just trying to establish a healthy routine and try your best to stick to it.

I only feel restricted on days I'm having major cravings and am too lazy to get off my butt and workout to be able to give into those cravings. Otherwise, no. I feel much better not eating until my stomach explodes.

Wow, I 100% agree with your signature !

I felt fat.

I didn't notice much difference in my appearance until I lost 20lbs.

I find I hardly ever hit my fat goal, usually over carbs, and try my best with protein xD I'll usually get my lean body weight in grams of protein, but it's a challenge.

Wow! I can def see a difference. Keep it up !

I feel that it does get easier :P I'm actually going to move on to a new video because even increasing my weights, it's too easy! One thing I have trouble doing is anything in lunge position, especially if I have to squat. I think it's because I tore my calf muscle though, and those kinds of positions make it hurt. I also…

That really puts things in perspective !

I am not a happy camper without oatmeal, eggs, and greek yoghurt ! I've actually keep a dozen eggs, along with some other calorie friendly food, at my boyfriend's house so I don't starve when I'm over xD Edit: Oh and peanut butter... though I've been eating it less and less.

25 pounds as of today... taken me 4 months and about 3 weeks. Kinda slow but at least I'm not gaining =]

That's good advice about the test! I'll definitely look into that. It doesn't feel like the munchies, I actually feel hungry =/ But yes, I have some carrots in the fridge waiting for me =]

I love coconut milk in vanilla and almond milk !
-
Thanks for motivating me to do the same ! I'm stuck around 145.5-146.5 and been feeling really crappy about it. Time to up my calories again and not be so lax on my workouts !

I'm having trouble understanding why the ED had to be brought into this at all.

For me it's been pretty accurate (now that I have my HRM to compare). I'm just not sure about my calories burned swimming... but I've been losing weight and eating most of my exercise calories back.

I have a polar ft7. I think it's pretty accurate...

I definitely feel sick after eating McD's now. Before joining I would crave more whenever I had it! Before I joined this site though, I wasn't much of a fast food eater to begin with, but now that I'm actually eating healthier foods daily, my body reacts more to processed crap.

My friends are into it. And yes, they seem very sketchy with giving out information in regards to the actual product itself. Everything I've read from people posting on forums and facebook as well as things I've found on google all give the same, vague information. And when I say the same, I literally mean the SAME. It's…

I don't watch my carbs and lose weight just fine.
