Some things have different calorie counts in different countries. Maybe you're stumbling on some of those ?

I had a slight addiction to working out from Sept-December. Would do swimming 4x/week, running 1-3x/week, plus workout DVDs every day. On my rest days I would do Yoga Meltdown. Are you seriously complaining about this? Weight loss is not an exact science. Be happy you've lost 5lbs so far and deal with it.

I don't see how someone can be embarrassed by their heart rate. Maybe some professional counselling is necessary as this seems to be part of a deeper issue.

If they don't use the handgrips and don't have an HRM it says to me they don't care about their HR.

I had my first "boyfriend' when I was 14. Our dates consisted of us hanging out with our friends LOL. That's basically how it went until I was 17 when I went on my first "real" date. ETA: A real date to me is when the guy picks you up and your friends don't tag along for the date loooool.

Actually had a really bad chocolate binge last night because of Aunt Flow xD New what I was doing, new I would be pissed today, but I'm actually fine. I don't do it every day. Heck, I don't even do it every month. Just have to accept it and move on.

I put some protein powder in it (if it has artificial sweetner then it will taste good for sure but I usually stay away from those). And .75 of a tbsp of maple syrup and 1oz coconut milk. Works for me. I used to use a little bit of brown sugar with maple syrup before I started using protein powder.

Before I started using my HRM, I would go to a bunch of sites and average out all the numbers they gave me for moderate and fast.

Yup. I was 170 and he was 140. I couldn't imagine why he was attracted to me. Now I'm about 143 and he's the same, but I still get insecure because he's tall, lean, literally NO body fat, and I'm average height, chunky as hell ;(

I've learned to listen to my body and actually eat when I'm that hungry. Not junk food, but my healthy snacks. Then I feel much better :flowerforyou:

I have a Polar FT7. It tells me my heart rate and caloric burn when I do a cardio workout. More than one person can use it and it's super easy to use/program. ETA: I spent about $100 bucks on it from ebay.ca
