You may be right about that. I'm currently looking for a clinic in my city that could maybe measure my RMR to make sure. Would definitely explain a lot if my metabolism is higher than I think it is.

Anywhere from .5-2 lbs a week. The average pattern that I noticed since the end of August was 1.5 one week, the next .5. Then repeat.

We actually do a good mixture of both distance and sprints. My coach likes the speed game so we do that every few practices, where you sprint for maybe 25-50m then not hard for another 50-100m. Distance and length you sprint usually changes though.

The C25K program really helped me LOVE running =] Never ever ever in my life did I like it, I only ever did it to help me lose weight. Now I go crazy if I don't run for a while.

I have the app on my nexus s and love it. Used it for weeks before coming to the website. As for message boards.... you can just go on a web browser and have the full functioning site. I use opera mobile on my phone and no problems,

I have found that sprinting for at least 10 seconds at the end of my long runs improved my stamina for the next one. Maybe you could try that?

I went from a big C to a small C, I think? since starting here. I had to get a breast reduction last winter because I had heavy tissue that would have stayed regardless of weight loss ;(

Make sure to drink lots of water through out the day! I also /try/ to snack on celery and/or carrots and stay away from the junk.

Well, I've had major sugar and just food-in-general cravings for the past few weeks. Been feeling really crummy because of it too. Woke up yesterday and the cravings were gone =/ Think you just have to want it enough and find your inner motivation.
