Butter. It's natural after all. Margarine is just chemicals so the body has a harder time in dealing with them. At least that's how I see it =]

I will either put it on an english muffin rather than peanut butter, or if I'm really craving something sweet at the end of the day, I'll take a teaspoon and do half nutella and half peanut butter :) That usually satisfies my cravings.

Tumblr =] The super thin skeletons that I keep finding on there don't inspire me, but there's a lot of pictures of nicely toned bodies that do.

I have learned to have a cheese string as a snack every day or two to help curve my cheese cravings. But if the occasion calls for something better (like feta in a salad), I will go for that instead....in moderation.

Congrats !!! My goal is to lose 40lbs as well (little over 1/4 there!). Do you have any other tips? What sort of workouts did you do?

I use a few websites to average my estimated calories burned. I don't have the money for a HRM at the moment :P I've also been losing 2lbs a week pretty consistently, so they must be semi-accurate at least?

When I have classes I always log a snack food or something I'm likely to eat on campus. If I don't end up eating it I just delete it from my journal :) I find it very useful because then I'm set on eating that particular thing and not changing my mind to get something unhealthy on campus. I plan outings with my friends ahead of time and make sure I get a good cardio workout before or after =] But also it's good to indulge once in a while, keeps the body guessing ;)

Chocolate milk is very good after a workout.

I have heard that about milk as well, how we are like the only beings who drink milk past infancy. But I still like a glass every once in a while, especially with Oreos ;) If you like something, then having it (in moderation!) couldn't hurt all that much.

Last week I was craving chocolate, so on the weekend I finally gave in! Now my cravings aren't so strong, so I'm happy I did. And also my cave in didn't reflect on the scale :P

I was really unhappy with my DD boobs. I've had large breasts since 13-14 and finally 5 months ago at the age of 21 I got a reduction :) Surgeon said even if I lost weight the tissue in my boobs was too thick to lose. Even a small complication post-surgery I do not regret it.
