I tore my calf muscle doing the 30DS and running C25K. It's hard to explain how it felt like, but it felt like my leg was lacking circulation and rotting inside? And no it wasn't that pins and needles feeling, just felt way off. Couldn't put weight on it, could hardly walk. Go see a doctor. Might be a second degree tear if…

I worked through the pain, but it's important not to push yourself too much. I started the C25K and 30DS and ended up tearing my calf muscle. That was at the beginning of August, and I still have to watch my leg to make sure I don't irritate it x( If it's just typical muscle soreness then work through it. If it feels like…

Grrrr now I want Nutella, but without all that other crap on it :explode:

My friend bought me a booty bump thing. I needed it before the weight loss, but now I can't wear jeans without. Looks pretty natural to me, but my boyfriend knows when I'm wearing it because my butt has never ever stuck out like that before :P I like it.

The number is based on your net calories for the day, not the food you eat. You could eat totally different foods, but if your calories are the same at the end of the day, you will get the same number.

Well seems to add up for me as well... but I haven't been losing weight going on 3 months now

^This. Also, I know a few people who drink them and all of them don't exercise, so I wouldn't be surprised if they end up looking skinny fat.
-
I'm stuck too =[ Don't give up! You've done great so far.

This is why I don't do any exercise activities with friends. I like to keep at my own pace. I find if I have a workout buddy then they slow me down.

I don't have an accent. But in high school some guy said I sound like I have a Polish accent on some words  I live in Canada on the US border and notice "Canadian" accents and "American" accents.

Yup, I hate exercising with people. Except strangely I like to workout with my boyfriend despite how gross I get... weird :S

Yup, I noticed it makes a huge difference where you live. Often the things I look for have an American equivalent that has more calories than here in Canada.

My first happened after a 10lbs loss. I upped my calories by 160 and began losing again until October (25'ish lbs loss to that point). Now I can't seem to break it no matter what I do :explode:

I think he was just being honest and didn't mean it in a mean way, but it still made all GAAAH, hence this thread  He has been my number 1 supporter in my lifestyle change:heart: But today we were kinda wrestling and I was close to kicking his butt, so he probably is threatened a little bit :ohwell:

Thank you <3 As a swimmer I've been self-conscious about my shoulders for most of my life D:

Thank you all for the honest opinions! He's actually really muscular because he has no body fat on him. He has a decent amount of gym stuff in his basement and is now showing me the ropes of heavy lifting xD

In the majority of my dreams since June, I'm counting calories if they involve food or drink... hahaa.

My one friend is really skinny. Recently she went from a size 0 to a 6. Honestly I didn't notice it, she looked the same to me, but she felt awful in her "new body" and would complain about it. I would call her out on it and she explained it nicely, saying that it doesn't matter what size you are, if you are bigger than…

Thanks for the tip :) I feel like I spend 1 hour just preparing one meal... times that by like 5.

I know someone who was very against my lifestyle change, and I found out he was checking up on me here... so I made everything private. My friends see my diary though :)

Oh hey, I'm 21 =D 5'6" and trying to lose ~14lbs.

On my competitive swim team, you have to be at least 13 to do any weights.
