That really sucks =/ Never heard of that before either! Although, my boyfriend got zinc poisoning last winter because apparently he took too much too close together (he would take 1 tablet a day, but took it late one day and early the next :S). I don't know how I would live without zinc :P

I drink anywhere from 0-2 cups a day. I find it helps with my cravings and it gives me the kick I need to get through long days on campus -_-; Edit to add: I drink it black and drink at least 8 cups of regular water on top of any coffee drinking.

I used to not log celery, but now I do. It doesn't really make a difference though because it's so low cal xD

Well, I was netting pretty low (usually below weekly goal) and kept fluctuating the same 2lbs last month. I started netting 100 calories higher and the scale told me I lost nearly 2lbs in 2 days ? But I haven't had an official weigh in since because of various reasons lol. Will find out Monday if this actually worked for…

I don't get hungry while I swim either. But I find days where I eat a bowl of oatmeal an hour and half before I swim, I'm not as hungry after ?

Hahahaha. My mustang driving boyfriend goes with me to my computer science classes, even though he graduated like 2 years ago and has a good job in the field. I drive us to class, because it would be weird if he drove me to my class...

I take flaxseed oil, wild salmon oil, B50 complex, E, D, zinc (every other day), and chew vitamin C to suppress cravings lol. Not sure if it's a good combo of things to take, or if a multivitamin would be better, but meh.

I think I rather feel great in my own skin. I was, and still am, extremely self-concious with my body, so I mine as well look good and just ignore any negative attention that would make me self-concious. If that makes sense.

I haven't had any trouble with my FT7, and I've used it in the pool multiple times. I like it.
