Hi ladies! I'm back from my vacation and regretfully have to say that I will not be able to continue this challenge. I just found put I'm pregnant after 2 years of trying after my last miscarriage and I want to just relax until my belly gets bigger. Wow can't believe I won this week! I've been struggling with a plateau for 2 weeks now and then the sudden drop in weight. My goal this week is to burn 3500 calories. Therefore, that is this week challenge! If you are already burning 3500 a week then the challenge will be 50 sit ups a day. Let's go ladies!

Same here! I'm always too late for challenges and this one was what I was striving for personally too. I've been on poor diets with medications and starving myself in the past and looking back now, I can see it only made things worse.
