so I lost .6 of a pound from last time. I guess .6 is better than none! Will definitely be pushing hard this week... the 240s are soooo close!0 -

Not sure we are posting this week's weigh in in this thread but here goes.

static for me this week. No loss no gain.
Pretty peeved about it tbh, worked out 6 days burning 600-1000 each day, kept under on calories, cut out all chocolate and carbonated drinks, upped the water and still nothing happens. Bah.

Tuesday - 50 sit ups and 50 lunges
Wednesday - 75 sit ups, 100 lunges and 100 jumping jacks
Thursday- 50 sit ups, 75 lunges and 75 jumping jacks
Friday- 80 sit ups, 75 lunges, 75 jumping jacks
Saturday- 50 sit ups, 82 lunges, 0 jumping jacks-yikes!
Sunday- 50 sit ups, 75 lunges, 100 jumping jacks0 -

Still 213 - no change.
I got really dehydrated one day this week and SUPER sunburned too so I think that is why I didn't lose.
Here is hoping there is movement on the scale this week!!0 -
i weigh in at 129.3 pounds so a 0.5 pound loss. I'm not annoyed or anything because a loss is a loss and I honestly expected to maintain not lose.0

Sorry Late weigh in. Had a horrible week gained 2 whole pounds but was able to work them off before weigh-in. I am 201.8. So I even lost a little bit. Hope next week will be better!!!!0

Wow can't believe I won this week! I've been struggling with a plateau for 2 weeks now and then the sudden drop in weight. My goal this week is to burn 3500 calories. Therefore, that is this week challenge! If you are already burning 3500 a week then the challenge will be 50 sit ups a day. Let's go ladies!0
