yep and i have several times. I run for myself and the accomplishment of finishing. The only person I "race" is myself, working towards having a better personal time on each go. Sometimes it happens sometimes it doesn't, but I know I go out running to the best of my ability.

made this Blueberry Oatmeal smoothie this morning. It makes about 6 ounces I guess and kept me full for 2.5 hours. I just bake, brush with oil. I use Epicure seasonings and just purchased a product from them that is a quick dehydrator you can use in the microwave or oven to make sweet potato(or other stuff) "chips". I can't wait for it to come in!
