Got my program in the mail Monday and plan on starting this coming Monday the 19th! So excited...hoping to do the fit test and pictures tomorrow!

Just finished day 2 level 1 of s&s. Worked thru the soreness, not sure if I'll be able to walk tomorrow or not??? Lol!

I think 30ds was pretty difficult just because she has you working out in one minute increments which can be hard to endure, but on ripped in 30 and s&s she does it in 30 second increments. Its hard but seems like you get to catch your breath sooner than with 30ds. if you can hang with 30ds you wont have a problem with s&s…

I usually work out 2 or 3 days then take a day off, otherwise I get burnt out.

So did you do shed & shred or another Jillian DVD? I did s&s a few weeks ago for a week but was trying to do c25k so I stopped. Back to s&s because running hurts my back :/

they are pretty similiar. 30ds is a shorter workout, shed and shred being either 30+ minutes or 60 if you combine both workouts. its jillian and shes pretty tough on both dvds! :wink: its so funny because i just saw one of your posts and was trying to figure out what these charger challenges are?

something else i use for motivation....eveytime i work out i mark the day out with a red marker.....looks pretty good this month (thanks to jillian and my MFP motivators ;)

W4/D4.....done.....no comment!!!!! (lol) those jumps are hard and require much effort!!! i have to say i hate that she starts circuit 1 off with squats and shoulder press....my poor shoulders!!! I do think I'm seeing more definition in my arms though! They don't look like any of theirs though, but I'm seeing it!

My only thing is I'm 14 months post my 2nd pregnancy. I'm only 5 lbs shy of my goal weight....does 6W6P really work your lower abs? Wonder how doing both would work out????

I just finished Week 3...starting week 4 tomorrow. LOVE it! I also did the shred back in january and like both, but i think this one seems to be a little harder. we have a thread going now for those currently doing it......search Ripped in 30.....great motivation to know someones going through the pain with you...lol
