  • Morning all, At home today thanks to Presidents Day. Got my arms and shoulders and ab ripper done on P90X. BRING IT!!! Enjoying it and figuring out between bands and weights.   • I received my P90X yesterday. Instead of being excited, I'm TOTALLY intimidated by the nutrition book! So much so that instead of working out at the gym today I had lunch from one of the trucks out on the street (NYC). Please virtually hold my hand and tell me it'll be ok. :frown:
