WTG people! Today will be L1D4 for me and I am soooo not looking forward to doing it. My arms and thighs are killing me!!! But i will do it sometime today!! I lost 2.8lbs this week... thats my motivation right there!

Today is Level 1 Day 3 for me. I couldn't stand to hear her voice after the first work out so I started jammin tunes on my second workout.... loving it! she kicks your butt and it is so worth the results! The pics I've seen are incredible! Go at it girl and add me if you want!!!

it's soooo easy to make. I make it for the family with just the lime and of course I make one for me with the hotness. I just love spicy food, the spicer the better~~

here's what I like to do: Take your chix breast and marinade in fresh lime juice for about 20 mins or so. Then take your chix and sprinkle some Tony Chachere cajun seasoning ( just a little) and also sprinkle with red pepper flakes and put in on the foreman grill, or any grill. DE-Licious!!!

It should be done 30 days straight,but as you can see people do it differently. Today will be my 3rd day on level 1...I'll log it in as soon as I get my lazy butt up! lol Try it, you will love it, she really kicks your butt! :bigsmile:

Thanks! You're right, losing is BETTER than gaining. I weighed myself on the big Publix " cow scale" ( as I like to call it). I need to go and buy a scale and start doing the "naked in the morning" weigh in for tomorrow! :flowerforyou:

L1D2 done! I had to turn off the audio and crank up the music. I worked better for me that way. I need to start doing these in the morning cause now that I should be sleeping, I am wide awake. grrrrr:grumble:

lol.. so if say the calories I'm suppose to eat according to MFP says 1000 for the day and I burn off 1500...I'm suppose to eat 2500 for the day??? now back in the day, eating some cake, twinkies and stuff could get me there but I don't know about now...
