I'm really not sure what is best for me. I am on low cal diet more like a lifestyle change. Where i eat lean meats veggies and fruit. I want something that is easy and I can take on the go when I'm not able to eat a meal. As well as something I can drink pre or post workout.

Thanks I'm going to look into getting some recipes online. I didn't even think about that. I'm taking German classes to try to at least be able to communicate since I'll be here for another 2 and a half years. Thank you!

I've heard that Coffee makes you dehydrated.. I drink a cup before I do anything in the morning and feel perfectly fine. Just make sure to drink plenty of water during your work out.

Thank you! I'ts taken me about a year only because I've taken breaks and have had a few hic-ups along the way. All I've done is counted my calories and I work out. I've taken OxyElite but it gave me headaches and had me feeling heart palpitations. So i quit them after a few weeks. Honestly i lost the same with and without…

i'm 27 and 5'2" too.. My starting weight was 250.. You can do it just keep it up! add me if you like.. I did it on my own for a year and recently made some friends on here they are a lot of motivation.. I should have done that in the beginning I would've probably lost more weight faster.

i'm starving! but i've met my calorie goal for today.. :( I think I'll try the whole drinking tea and brushing my teeth! I drink a lot of water as it is and its not helping... grrr

I've deffinately had my cheat days but it is completely up to you.. Feeling guilty is not a good feeling. If you do cheat just make sure you have the will power not to keep doing it and go back to eating healthy like you have been. Congrats on the 74 lb loss!

I drink Crystal light or the generic stuff w my meals. Only because I cant drink water when I eat food. Its worked for me but I also drink a lot of water.
