Does anyone know of a protein shake or something along the lines of it that I can substitute as a meal other than slimfast? I live in Germany and I'd like to be able to order it online. I don't know of any health stores over here and the language barrier is not helping.

So I've been using MFP for a year now. I have been doing this on my own. I'm in need of motivation so if anyone would like to be friends that would be awesome! I It's getting a little harder for me now that I can't shed the weight like I did at the beginning...
i've been stuck at the same weight for about a month. I'm still eating right working out and haven't cheated. I still have a long way to go.... ugh sooo frustrating!
