Congratulations!!!!!!!!! Finished my c25k last Friday and was flying high all weekend! My first 5k race is next weekend. Already have my 8k picked out, 10k and training in the works for half marathon at Disney Food and Wine with some friends!!! :) ITS SUCH A GREAT PROGRAM! Week 9 Day 1 done this morning!!!! Added a minute today, plan on adding another on Wed and on more on Friday. 2 more weeks and then I have my 5k race afterwards already downloaded the app for Bridge to 10k. THIS PROGRAM HAS CHANGED my life!!! I make better choices on everything I do that will help me run better!!!!

Fajitas.....just the veggies, salsa, maybe guac if you have enough calories and tortilla. I have a mexican place here that actually makes a fajita salad so its blackened chicken with the peppers and onions over lettuce I use salsa for my dressing and no cheese. Have a great time!!!

I only use the protein powder for shakes...I don't do supplementals or the other part of the program. I do like that its quick and easy.
