I was definitely eating way too little. I wasn't at first and then I think I started getting the whole you shouldn't eat back your exercise calories advice so I curtailed that and my training suffered for it but then I upped my calorie burn. I think personally it goes back to whether or not starvation mode is real or not. Its more about sustainability. I am trying to do 40/30/30 . Seems to not be that hard just takes a bit of extra planning. Meeting with a nutritionist next Friday though to discuss if that is the proper ratio for me when I start training for my half.

I'm going to be baking my own this morning. Its going to be a busy week and generally I prefer to not use protein shakes or bars for nutrition, but I need something quick to grab and eat and don't love the chemicals or preservatives in alot of the bars I have seen so I found a recipe for making them at home.
