Hi! My name is Sabrina. I am 38 years old. It is already difficult for me to lose weight. For 2013 I was only able to lose 21 pounds. I am not complaining because that is better than gaining another 10! I wish you the best for your goals for 2014.

It is usually around a 2 pound gain for me. After my period passes so does the 2 pounds. About the lifting weights while on your period, I would think that you should at least take it easy. No power squats or anything extreme.

You can do this! You gotta be healthy and strong for yourself and your baby! The food diary really does help. Exercise will help keep you toned up. :smile:
