  • That's great advice thanks, i did wonder if 30 day shred might be a bit too much at my current weight, so think i will definitely get out for walks every day. I was thinking about pinning an "exercise plan" on the fridge in the hope if I have a timetable i will stick to it! Request accepted! thanks :)
