  • A good clue would be to find out if the personal trainer or his gym is selling them. Often times advice like that might be motivated by commissions.
  • I usually try to estimate the amounts of the ingredients when this comes up, because I am horrible at estimating calories otherwise.
  • I disagree with above. You shouldn't have to make excuses for being smart and healthy. There are people above that are being kinda negative, sure, but at some point you're going to have to stick it to the naysayers, for example, your father.
