  • I eat whatever I want. I stick with calorie count as far as what I can and "can't" have. Meal planning is key to my lifestyle change. If I know I'm having a heavy dinner, I eat light (healthy) stuff the rest of the day. Good luck!
  • I don't own a scale so I weigh myself whenever i visit my parents which works out to be about once a week. If you're happy then there is nothing to worry about. Just don't stress if it goes up and down. Your weight fluctuates a few pounds each day no matter what you do.
  • I second that! Great advice! Set small weight loss goals. 5lbs at a time is a lot easier than 50! Baby steps will get you to your goals! Good luck on your new journey.
