my name is Erin. Im new to this. I really would like to lose 11lbs quickly!

How is all of your weight loss going?

    I have loss most of the weight I wanted and am maintaining. It takes time and planning. Try to limit your processed and fast foods. Educate yourself on healthy eating. Buy a scale so you can watch your portion size. Drink a lot of water and try to go slow. You will stick with it if you are not changing too much too fast. Slow and steady. Think of it as a lifestyle and not a diet. It should be something you are going to do forever. If it is just a diet you will gain it all back and then some. Logging foods really helps to see what you are doing wrong. Log on everyday. Good luck.

    Set small weight loss goals. 5lbs at a time is a lot easier than 50! Baby steps will get you to your goals!
