Not true, I used 1200 for my weightloss period eating 7 meals a day and I went from over 300 to 190 and it worked out fine for me then i tried bulk up and added more cals and carbs got up to 220 even tho i got bulkier and stronger i didnt like it, so now I'm back down with my calorie & carb intake cutting & leaning up…

Seeing this thread makes me realize I need to get my butt back out there, haven't been to a good concert in a long time!!! My favorite one so far was back in 2001 here in Dallas, TX at the Pledge Of Allegience Tour with American head charge, Mudvayne, headlined with System Of A Down & Slipknot!!!!!

some of the suggestions up top are good can also try egg whites or something like dymatize iso-100, is low on carbs and decent on peotein.... Be careful on too many fruits especailly late in the day to do the sugar
