My Partner is the opposite, moans when i eat healthy, causes arguments if i try to go to the gym more than twice a wk! That much Cardio and weight sessions you should be eating another 500 cals maybe more i would say. Need to keep the body fueled. Add me if you want i dont have the best diet but train a hell of a lot n u can see i always try to eat a minimum of 2000 cals. alwaqys have my diet public

you need to find something that is fun and you enjoy :D then its like its not a workout. I love weightlifting and boxing now! would train everyday if i could all because i enjoy it

First time post :) If you do the same thing in the same order everytime your body will get used to it and not work as hard! you must mix it up, either the order or the intensity :D
