Yea the burrito bowl from chipotle wasnt near as bad as i thought it was going to be - of course i added sour cream but even then it wasnt bad! the rice isn't fried so that's a plus!

I drink at least 1 liter in the morning before I eat, sometimes 1 1/2 so I'm almost there - I sit a 16.9 oz bed side and when i wake up i start drinking it. I don't like my water ice cold so it doesnt bother me, i actually prefer my water to be room tempature.

Yea I don't slice mine until I'm ready to eat it! I keep a pampered chef paring knife in my drawer at work (they are the best knives and cheap too)

I have found that my fav. snack is an apple, it fills me up! I usually try to eat one before my lunch. This week im going to start eating one before my dinner as well, maybe adding some peanut butter to it for dipping, to get some protein.

I prefer to eat lots of mini meals. You're less likely to feel "hungry" if you snack all day on healthy foods. Fruits, veggies, pretzels, etc. I think it allows me to have a bigger dinner with my family instead of eating like a bird, and not enjoying my dinner time with them.

I can NOT live without my MAC make up......I'm a MAC addict for sure. It's much higher than drug store make up but it's worth it! I agree! I totally dislike when people comment saying, do the natural thing, and eat right & exercise! That may work for some people.....and for those that it does FABULOUS for you, but for those that it doesn't there is nothing wrong with going with an aid to get you through those tough pounds!
