Well I'm sitting here eating my lunch which consists of (all raw) brocolli, bell peppers, and mushrooms. I'm not a fan of carrots, I liked them cooked just not raw, I love celery, cucumbers, cauliflower, cherry tomatos, bell peppers are probably my fav raw veggie. I love corn too.

Yea i know she's always used it - well she dont use sugar fee but she uses it in her meatballs too - i think its possibly for the reason to "hold" it together was the original use for it. but my girls fight over the last slice!

I almost always apply deodrant in those areas when wearing dresses/shorts/etc! always have even when i was thinner and especially in the summer!

DanO - took the words right out of my mouth! :D good luck girly! It will be worth it losing it at a slower pace - it means you're doing it the right way! Trust me doesn't mean its not aggrevating took me almost 5 consistent weeks to lose 5 lbs. but its getting easier and easier now!

I would say swim laps for ten minutes, do ten minutes of leg kicks, jumping jacks, etc, then ten min of laps.
