A Potato, baked, flesh and skin, without salt, has 7 grams of protein! I believe it's in the skin - the skin of a potatoe is the healthiest part of the potato.

I drink TONS of water a day - as far as servings of water I probably drink 12-15 servings of water a day, AT LEAST! But I make take the fiber pills, or something of that nature! Thanks all!

I sort of have the same problem, since I started eating healthier I'm not as "regular", but I believe I'm getting what I "need" to do so......so curious to see some advice here.

She gave good tips! I agree with the cute outfits and wearing make up because she has a very valid point, if you look good you feel good! Just like I hate getting my hair done unless I have make up on - cuz you first look at it and like ugh! then you go home and put on make up etc - and you're like WAIT i love it! lol

I know what you mean by not having the extra money - I can relate but I got a scale for like $8 at walmart the other night, its an actual scale not digital because i was told the digital ones are quick to burn up where is a real scale would last much longer. You dont have to go expensive.

I typically log on in the morning and log everything I'm planning on eating through out the day, then I'll see something and be like eeeeehhhhh, maybe i can cut that out! lol I'm now addicted to the site I must admit!

Also keep in mind - fruit's sugar are good sugars! so eat all the fruit you want and ignore the sugar content!

I know I felt bad for you when I read that reply! It's all good! We all have those thoughts as long as we dont turn them into actions! As a mother to a 12 yr old girl, and a step mom to three others I feel your pain! but I wouldnt have it any other way! :-)

I've been told you can go over on protein....that actually the sky is the limit when it comes to protein and fiber.....but everyone has an opinion.

ok wow - just looked up nutrional value and hellllllllllllllllllo low in sodium thats for sure - ill be replacing all my "pasta" meals with egg noodles for sure

I'm going to experiment with the greek yogurt this weekend in the attempt to create a ranchy dressing with it. I'll keep you posted.

Try kettle korn - much better and is sweet and was rather decent on nutrional information. (discovered this last night) I used to not like rice cakes either but i tried the Fit & ACtive mini caramel cakes (from ALDI) and OMG I love them!

Girl I so know how you are feeling! Feeling the same lately myself! And I know it's causing people around me to NOT want to be around me! Stay strong! I'm using it as my motivator, I guess its why i got out of bed and ran this morning dispite not losing crap in the past week.
