Getting between 7 and 8 hours of sleep may be difficult but I am going to give it a try! My food diary is already public, but now I have to really be vigilent about keeping it especially on the weekends. Those seem to be my toughest days.

Happy Monday! Just checking in. Did you get in to the gym yet today? I have done about 4 cups of water so far. I have my jug sitting in front of me on my desk just staring at me. So far it is working.

Just started on this today. Got in 2.5 miles. Only 72.5 more to go. Will get some more in every day and it will go down quickly.

Hi. Thjs is a great idea. I would love to do this with you. My goal this week is to drink water and lots of it. I have a hard time getting all or any water in. I would much rather have an ice cold diet coke. I will check back with you Monday to see how we both are doing.
