Start by walking at a very brisk pace and then jog for as far as you can and then return to walking but dont stop and when you feel able to start jogging again go! If you keep repeating this you'll notice yourself going further each time :)

Just eat the things you normally would and learn to cut down and youll soon learn yourself what works for you and what doesnt. If you want chocolate the by all means just have it in moderation. Good Luck :D

If you go onto the tools tab at the top of the page there is a tool called BMR which tells you roughly how many calories it takes your body to do its functions if you just layed in bed all day use that as a guideline it may help :)

It depends how much effort you put in it could vary also depending on your height and weigh. I'm 5 feet and weigh 169lbs and I burn about 600 calories.

If your stuck buy some nice chunky/slim belts and put it around your waist this will give you shape and make your old baggy clothes look less unfitting.

Drink a glass of water before you have your meal then afterwards but if you get hungry later don't starve yourself have something then you should gradually accept that the smaller portions fill you up

Some sit-ups might help you if you go onto you tube and type in ab exercises theres many to choose from with simple instructions just be careful and don't push yourself too hard

Thank you this has really helped got a lot of choices now! I like vodka, so I'm thinking about going with vodka and diet soda. Nothing worse than having to eat/drink out it's very hard to count calories.
