I'm 5ft and am aiming for about 120 but will probably try and get down to 110 depending on how I look and feel! I think as long as your happy and healthy that's all that matters!

I crave chocolate and sometimes thats your bodys way of saying it needs iron! Have you tried taking iron tablets? If not try that before and during TOM it might help with your cravings :)

I'm going to Greece! :) MFP set my cals to 1200 even when I change to very active it stays the same I think it's cause Im 5ft 1 booo:( I really hope so i'm going to be super focused!

Experiment and see what is best for you but exercising will tone up and keep you fit :) just make sure you meet your daily goal of calories. :)
