Can I lose 40lbs in 5 months?
I really need to lose at least 30lbs- 40lbs by 1st June as i'm going on holiday and failure is not an option!! I'm eating 1200 cals and plan on exercising 4 times a week Is this realistic?

To exercise or not to exercise that is the question?
Okay, If i'm eating 1200 cals do I have to exercise to lose weight? Because if i exercise I then have to eat my cals back or i'll go into starvation mode and I dont see the point in that because i feel happy with the amount of calories i'm eating and don't feel I need anymore any thoughts?

Okay so lately i've been a bit depressed about my boobs they've always been big even when i was thin and I knew they would shrink a little but now they sag! :( im only 18 and it really makes me self concious:( is there anyway you can lift them through exercise without surgery has this actually worked for anyone?

confusing pasta!?
Sorry if this is a silly question but its annoying me! Ok so if i measure 100g of pasta raw and cook, it then doubles in weight naturally to 200g? Am i eating 100g of pasta or 200g?

I started a new job today looking after children this required me to stand most of the day I would say I was on my feet for at least 5 hours! so I thought I'd be cheeky and see if standing was in the exercise database and it was so at 300 mins of standing I burnt 1000 and a bit calories!? Surely not!?

Right, I'm away to ask the most stupid question ever but humor me please When exactly is breakfast? Is it when I get up? or a certain period of time in the morning? because assuming I get up at 11am or after have I then missed breakfast or what? confused :(

Keep having dizzy turns :( !
I keep feel dizzy and I have no way to explain it. I weigh 165lbs and am 5ft. My calorie goal is 1,200 and usually meet it everyday. Could it be food related has anyone else had this?

Confused!?
I lost 4lbs this weekend and I have no idea why I totally fell off the wagon and had alot of junk food and alcohol. I can't really be happy for my loss because I don't believe it.
