Keep having dizzy turns :( !

I keep feel dizzy and I have no way to explain it.

I weigh 165lbs and am 5ft. My calorie goal is 1,200 and usually meet it everyday.

Could it be food related has anyone else had this?

    Many things can cause dizziness, but check your hydration level as dehydration is a pretty common cause. If you're still eating a lot of carbs, you may be suffering from blood sugar crashes. Or, you may not be eating enough period. Are you eating your exercise calories?
