Sorry if this is a silly question but its annoying me!
Ok so if i measure 100g of pasta raw and cook, it then doubles in weight naturally to 200g? Am i eating 100g of pasta or 200g?

Good question...would LOVE to know the answer too seeing as I am a pasta addict!0

100g. The nutrition facts are for the dried pasta.0
-
The package should tell you if the serving measurement is for dry or cooked. Typically it is for dry. So 100g is what you're eating.0
-
Nutrition values on the package are given for dry pasta, so you're eating 100 g.0
-
It should go by the serving size on the package.0
