Sorry if this is a silly question but its annoying me!

Ok so if i measure 100g of pasta raw and cook, it then doubles in weight naturally to 200g? Am i eating 100g of pasta or 200g?

100g. The nutrition facts are for the dried pasta.

The package should tell you if the serving measurement is for dry or cooked. Typically it is for dry. So 100g is what you're eating.

Nutrition values on the package are given for dry pasta, so you're eating 100 g.

It should go by the serving size on the package.
