Fun ways to burn calories!

According to my magazine singing the Grease Soundtrack from start to finish burns off around 100 calories!

Anybody else have any fun ways to burn calories? ;)

    welll.... doing the dirty burns lots of calories. its my personal favorite.

    Recently i just try to play with my 2.5 years nephew.

    I use him as weights and lift him up and down.

    Grab him from hands and legs and swing him around.

    At work I usually keep a few balls and bounce them off the wall. Sometimes I also play with a hackey sack (spelling?).

    I also come to work earlier than others put everybodys trash can on their desk and label it "IN"

    I sometimes take a stapler to the other department and stand near an employee I don't like and pretend that the stapler is a dog and make growling noises at them

    I have many other ways to fight boredom. You learn these things when you get bored easily.
