Wow, you must have never been a 21 year old. What a rude comment. I agree with another post. everyone has their vices. Whether it's alcohol, fried food, chocolate, etc, it's all the same. Aren't we on here to offer helpful suggestions?

I JUST read today you need to grind them first! Yikes! I haven't been grinding them at all! I just throw a couple tsp in my oatmeal! I may have to grind them now...

I like to saute up sliced up veggies (tiny bit of oil) like zucchinni, squash, onions, peppers and add some marinara sauce to it. It's like a faux spaghetti and it always fills me up!

One tip for helping it rise in the winter: I preheat my oven to 150 degrees. Once it's pre-heated I shut it off. The I place my dough in the oven and let it rise. the oven stays warm but not too warm!
