Yes I like to do a juice fast for 4-7 days when i start to plateau with my weight loss or if i get in the habit of eating a lot of junk. I love this. I work with all men and I am constantly hearing negative and degrading thoughts on women and their bodies. It can be hurtful at times even though they are not talking about me or trying to offend me. It would be wonderful to be part of a community of positive and motivating women!
