Non Refrigerated is harder : Nuts, protein bars, high protein bread, prepackaged tuna or chicken, sunflower seeds etc. With refrigerator: Cheese, Meats, Fish.

If you take weight loss seriously, you need to have a way to measure your progress. Buy a scale.

If it is something hormonal, I'm not sure WW has anything different to offer that MFP doesn't already do. I lost 60 lbs over the past six months. Its not that hard. Just take it a day at a time, get some workouts in and you will feel better every day. Good luck!

This sounds awesome. I am going to jump in with you guys (starting Monday 6/13). I've lost 60 pounds (from 260 to 200) since January and now am just too skinny. I'm looking to add some muscle and definition and P90X seems to be the logical way to do it. Hope everyone is enjoying week 1!
