  • Hi there! I dont do turbo kick but I absolutely love kickboxing and have seen great results from it. My strength has improved and I am noticing a difference in my overall body tone. I have doing this 4 to 5 days a week. I typically burn between 400 & 500 calories. Good Luck!
  • You can do this and it is a journey, most of which is full of self discovery. Eliminate alcohol, cut sodium way down, drink water and eliminate processed foods from now until the big day. You are worthy, valuable and deserve to feel good about yourself. So, pick up dust off and step forward dont look back.:wink:

I do have the same draw back as another in the fact that they do use fructose and other sugars in their line of health essentials. I prefer the the ones that only use stevia as the sweetner.
