  • That three weeks went by fast. The scale shows no weight loss but my clothes are feeling looser and I feel stronger then I did on my first day. Bring it on, week 4 :D
  • I really enjoyed the first two weeks. It went by so fast. I do yoga on the 7th day giving all my muscles a much deserved stretch. For some reason yesterdays Cardio workout kicked my butt. But I'm determined to have a handle on it by the end of phase 1.
  • Great job ladies. I'm still going strong at it myself. Today was workout 2 of the second week for me. I'm enjoying the program so far. It's on the easy side, guess that's why I haven't loss any lbs yet, but I'm not worried about it I know it going to get tougher. We can and we will do this. :D
  • I'm hoping to lose 15lbs on the program, no wait, change that, I am going to lose 15 lbs on the program. I'm going to fit in my size 5 jeans again. I look and feel my best between 110 and 113 lbs. I've been at that weigh for most of my adult life but some where in my late 40's I started putting the weight on. I'm thinking…
  • This is so true. The hard part would be cooking this for a family of four. My family can sometimes be very picky and I would be making adjustments for everyone. And that's an added expense I could do with out. I also agree with the "could I have gotten better results if I followed the meal plan" guess that's one question…
  • Hi Robin, Miriam and everyone, I didn't get a chances to respond to the post yesterday. I am off to a great start. I haven't had much difficulty. I like the fact that the program progresses as it goes along and doesn't start off hard, that can often be discouraging. I will not be doing the kickstart diet. I don't think I…
  • If you're not feeling any benefits I would move on like Jillian says "move on when you're ready." You sound like you're more then ready. I don't think it's worth your time to do a workout that's to easy for you. And from just looking at your profile picture I would think 30 Day Shred would be to easy for you. Your fitness…
  • Hi Everyone!!! I'm at 160 Squats but I have to break this into two sets. I do half at the beginning of my other challenges then the other half at the end. Keep up the great work everyone!
  • Hi Everyone!!! It's time for my check in. Day 19: I'm a day behind but I'm still going strong. 160 Squats - done, I have to break this into two sets. I do half at the beginning and the other half at the end. 95 Crunches - done 150 Second Plank - done, although this is the real killer for me, I've added side planks to my…

  • I agree with everyone. I just love my Fitbit. Love, love it!! How it works is you only log food and exercises in to Myftinesspal. Your MFP diary entries will automatically be synced to your Fitbit account. Fitbit tracks your activates. When you sync your Fitbit tracker with your computer, your calorie burn, sleep, and…
  • I am on my second time around with 30 Day Shred with heaver weights and no modification. Just started level 2 today. I lost 6 lbs the first time around but not any inches. Although I do feel stronger and definitely can see the muscle tone. Keep up the great work and remember: Sometimes, even the smallest changes can make a…
  • Keep up the great work. I finished the shred and lost 6 lbs but no inches. I am however doing the shred all over again. I started on Nov 1 along with Turbo Jam. I'm hoping to loss inches along with lbs this time. So while you're finishing off your last 7 days I'm just at the beginning of my 30 days. LOL Maybe knowing…
  • I am going to do 30 DS again and add Turbo Jam for more cardio. Maybe in Dec or Jan I'll give Ripped a try. I meet some very nice fitness pal in this group and I will miss them all and wish everyone much success in their health and fitness. I suggest you add friend to your list or what every it is, if you don't want to…
  • That how I'm feeling on this level. Although it tough I'm not seeing or feeling any results.
  • Day 23 Workout done. Because I'm still modifying some of the exercises I'm thinking of doing 30DS again from the beginning on Nov 1 with no modifications. I'll miss all of you that go onto Ripped. Thank for all your support. Good luck and keep working hard.
  • That's what I have been working out so hard to do this whole time. "bring up the rear" LOL
  • Congratulation for finishing level 2 and sticking with it. To me level 3 seems a little easier then level 2. Well except maybe the Jumping-Jacks with weights. :grumble: Keep up the great work.
