went on 62 day cruise in 2010 actually lost 6 lbs. very active cruise and shore excursions. ate most meals in dr and some room service breakfast. room service ordered cereal. skim milk and fruit. 2011 did 65 days and gained 4-5 lbs. not quite as active excursions and a little nore alcohol. bad infuences. lol lost it within…

currently 12 and 10 pants. large and medium tops. always have worn larger top than bottom gave away all the big ones. largest top worn was 2x and bottom 20. not going back!!!!!!

Usually have a cheat meal once a week. generally over by 300-400 calories for the day. do log it all. however, usually a 100 or so below for 1 or 2 days most weeks. am maintaining right now.lost about 20 lbs before i started here. so far so good. have been maintaining for almost 3 months.

hi my high weight in 2010 was 218. in march of 2011 was 193. went on a 62 day cruise and came home at 185. am currently 181.2 and doing jenny craig. would like to get to 155-165 for now. see if i can hold that and then possibly 150. have been up and down most of my life. lowest weight as an adult since i was 30 was 145.
