Bike riding! If you go at a 14-16mph pace in an hour you can burn over 1000k. That's pretty easy.

Grab a bike! get off the machines and actually go bike riding. The wind, hills ,traffic and other various tangibles make it perfect for shredding pounds. You can also go for a hike or go kayaking.

For snacks you can get Fiber one bars(90 calories) and they taste like candy!!!! You can also bring fruit with some peanut butter, those are easy to keep fresh. You normally become somewhat adapted to your seat. I would say upgrade your saddle, they aren't that expensive and well worth the investment if you are going to keep biking. Go to a local bike shop and get fitted for a seat, before buying.

I agree with the above post. Veggies and Fruits, easy to eat easy to store. We did that on our way out to Denver via Ohio.

With bike riding(outside or machine) worry about cadence more then anything. 75-90rpm is great and will keep you in the range you need to burn fat. Good luck

You can walk with weights or walk up or down hills. You will feel that burn... Also try swimming and bike riding( I know these usually cost money, but still cheap)
