need help logging food
Ok, I'm having trouble logging food and diet for the day. My typical day is weird. I work at UPS as a box loader- I have taken my HRM to work on different nights and I average about 900 calories an hour. Just not hungry
I burn about 2000 calories a day from bike riding. I eat three meals a day and have a snack or two. I'm full, I'm coming in waaay under my calories for the day. Some days I even get some not so healthy food(breakfast from McDonalds) to help with that. Can anyone suggest a way for me to not be hungry? Oh, I'm 6'0 and I'm…

Tonight my family had it's normal get together,about 30 of us get together once a month. Well some of the people that aren't always there seen me and complimented me on my weight loss. Made me feel great!!!

Farm eggs
Was wondering if anyone knows the how many calories are in a "farm" fresh egg? I've been using the standard Kroger's egg as a 70 cal guide line, but have heard it may be lower, also heard it could be higher. Any help would be great! Thanks!

Splitting up Cardio
During the work week I have to split up my cardio between, to and from work( I bike commute),breaks,lunch and then when I'm home I usually walk the dog a few times(2 or 3 at 15 minutes a walk). I guess my question is does this still help weight loss,even though I am active over 90 minutes a day or do I just need to do it…
