Farm eggs

Was wondering if anyone knows the how many calories are in a "farm" fresh egg? I've been using the standard Kroger's egg as a 70 cal guide line, but have heard it may be lower, also heard it could be higher. Any help would be great! Thanks!

Use the standard egg. I am sure there are small differences based on what the chickens are fed, but not much. I use farm eggs about half of the time and just log it as a large egg.
