New to site.

Hey new to the site. Started the site this week and it seems very well thought out, love all the tools. Well I started in Sept. 2010(296lbs heavist) kept good till November, bad weather, family, yadda yadda yadda. Jan. 2011 kicked it back in gear, I'm down to 260lbs and would feel great to get down to 210 by Late August/early September. Well I kayak( a lot and even started in the winter now-wet suited up) I bike to work, friends houses, just about anywhere now. My friends and I have been playing basketball about 3 times a week for around 2 hours. I get out and walk my dog and I love to hike. My problem has always been portion control and I fixed that by READING labels and weighing out my food. I feel I've done pretty good and want to continue.
Well that is the jist of things add me, I'm pretty active now and plan to stay that way, want to be able to run up the mountains in Colorado when I visit again at the end of summer! Well good luck to all who read this!
