I have all three Just Dances and if you do "just sweat" it plays the hardest songs and its constant dancing with only a few songs inbetween. I did it with my kids the other night and I burned 1144 calories in a couple hours of dancing. But I also do the dance moves 100% foot work and all. But you can get a great workout on…

Bump I am going to start today as well so this is perfect timing! We will be shreaded just in time for christmas!!! And thirty days from now is Dec 20th The day before my daughter turns 1! It would be so nice to look beautiful the day a year after I gave birth! :happy:

Niacin (a form of vitamin B) helps promote metabolism health. I take it every day.... Not for that but it says that its supposed to help with it.

I think that it would help alot if you switched from the elliptical and tried the treadmill even if you just walk try it with an incline or try a stair stepper. If you did it for about a week it would help alot. And mix up your diet too, even if you switch up the amount that you eat a specific times of the day or the types…

Thanks I had a spacecase moment there... But Yes I EBF for months while using MFP and I added breastfeeding to my exercise log and it automaticly deducted it each day and I had no problem with my milk supply while losing the weight. Good luck on your journey!
