It was super tough for me but hubby kept saying how much more "doable" it was for him. Oh, and how on Earth can running without ever moving your feet be so freaking hard? I can see why so many people drifted off this thread when they got to level 3. I am glad he is doing it with me to keep me from turning the dvd off.

I am not and have not ever been a big drinker and hate hangovers. When I go to a social gathering with drinking I have an every other rule. Every other drink is water. After 3 drinks at the VERY most the rest of the night I just drink water. No one knows the difference but you.

Week 2 Day 2 done. I am doing all of the plank stuff off of my coffee table. I have to take too many rests and rest too long if I do them on the floor so it feels much more effective this way.
