I do not leave comments on a "under his/her calorie goal" if the diary is closed but see others that do and I wonder, How do they even know that it was a "good job." They could have logged 1 slice of chocolate cake and nothing else and would never even know it.

Ok, so I measured and am up an inch and a half in my waist since finishing 30DS about a month ago. Everything else was either the same or lower. I did the 30day shred last month (lost 7lbs) but never was able to get the full push-up down. I tried on the last day thinking that I had gotten strong enough and fell FLAT on my face. I do push-ups off of my coffee table, so much better for my nose!

Whenever the kids sleep. Most of the time 10 pm is workout time at my house when doing an at home workout. Otherwise anytime the gym daycare is open.

My doctor told me that brand vs. generic didn't matter as long as you stick with the same brand or generic. You should go get your levels checked again since they switched your generic.

bump, I would like to know this also. I have been on synthroid for almost 4 years now and my dosage has only changed once but I was never told what would be optimal or what my levels were. I plan on asking at my next visit.
