I know what you meant, I gave up bad foods, alcohol, and soda, followed a healthy diet, and went to the gym 6 days a week for four months straight and only lost barely 10 pounds. My father started going to the gym in the morning four days a week and lost 25. So frustrating!

Right now I do weights, C25K and Jillian Michaels Yoga, I love all of it and mixing it keeps me motivated!

I'm around the same as you! I'm 25, 5'4 and 200 lbs. I have had success losing weight the last couple years but then I get comfy and start gaining it back. I want to make this time different! Thanks for inspiring me! :)
