I'm 5'3.5", but I always round up. I have a really small frame. I started at 140 (after three kids) and am now 118.5. I'm almost finished with the C25K program and run 3-4 times per week @ 3.1 miles each time. I'm still not actually RUNNING the entire time. I do intervals: 12 minute run, 3 minute walk, 12 minute run, etc. until I get to the 5K mark. I might consider increasing my mileage once I don't feel like I'm going to DIE at the end…

Theoretically you will NOT gain weight if you eat them all back, but still stay in the green as long as you have your profile set to lose weight. It might be slow loss, but it should be a loss.
